If the application does not display the events of the calendars synchronized with your iPhone, iPad or Mac, check the following points.


            1. Allow access to device calendars

On your iPhone/iPad:

  1. On the Home screen, tap the Settings icon.    
  2. From the Settings window, tap Privacy.
  3.  Once the Privacy interface comes up, locate and tap Calendars.
  4. On the Calendars window, from the apps’ list that can request access to the calendar, slide to enable the toggle button(s) representing the target app (Journey) that you want to grant permission to access your iPhone calendar.

On MAC OS:

  1. On the Mac, choose > System Preferences
  2. Click Security and Privacy
  3. Click Privacy.
  4. Select Calendars.
  5. Select the box next to an app to allow it to access your calendar information.

2. Sync external calendars on your iPhone, iPad or Mac

On iPhone and IPad with an iOS version greater than or equal to 14.3:

  1. Open your device settings.
  2. Scroll and tap Calendar.
  3. Tap Accounts.
  4. Tap Add account and thenSelect Account (ex. Google)
  5. Enter your email address and then Next,
  6. Follow the steps on the screen.
  7. Open the Journey app on your iPhone to find your Google Calendar events.


On iPhone and IPad with an iOS with a version lower than 14.3:

  1. Open your device settings.
  2. Scroll and tap Passwords & Accounts.
  3. Tap Add account and thenSelect Account (ex. Google)
  4. Enter your email address and then Next,
  5. Follow the steps on the screen.
  6. Open the Journey app on your iPhone to find your Google Calendar events.

On your Mac Book:

  1. Open Apple Calendar
  2. In the top left corner of your screen, click Calendar and then Preferences.
  3. Click the Accounts tab.
  4. On the left side of the Accounts tab, click Add Plus.
  5. Select Account (ex. Google)  and then Continue.
  6. Follow the steps on the screen.
  7. On the Accounts tab, use "Refresh Calendars" to choose how often you want Apple Calendar and your Calendar to sync.
  8. Open the Journey app to find your Calendar events.

3. Show/Hide calendars inside Journey app

To show/hide calendars events please follow these steps:

1. Open the app

2. Go to the "Planner" section



3. Click the 3 points at the top right to open the menu




4. Click on "Manage Calendars"




5. Check/Uncheck the calendars to show/hide


If you have also synchronized your Google Calendar from the Web App, you will probably find this calendar twice (the first is the local one and the second is the synchronized one). I suggest you deselect one of these two to not display double events on the app.
